The friendly and professional concierge team is on hand to ensure you have a seamless working day, from making your restaurant, taxi and event bookings to arranging dry cleaning, accommodation or simply meeting and greeting visitors. Available daily form 7:00am to 7:00pm, the concierge team acts as an extension of your team and we invite you to utilise the extensive range of services available to you.

END OF TRIP FACILITIES
Premium end of trip facilities are available to all tenants in the building. Facilities include male and female showers, in excess of 280 lockers, a vending machine and change facilities including daily towel service. The facilities are located on the lower ground level and accessed via the shuttle lift. In addition, over 200 secure bicycle parking bays available.
For visitors and occasional parking, tenants can choose from several public parking stations nearby, including No. 1 Martin Place (under the Westin Hotel, accessed via Pitt Street and run by Secure Parking) and the MLC Centre (accessed form King Street, and run by Wilson Parking).

COURIERS AND MAILROOM
All deliveries can be made between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. All courier and loading dock deliveries must be made via the dedicated goods lift. The loading dock is accessed from Rowe Street and the clearance height is 2.1 metres.
